# Grants

> Federal grants, NSERC and SSHRC research awards, and Infrastructure Canada projects.

NorthAxium Data grants covers three federal funding streams totalling over 2.2M records: TBS Proactive Disclosure grants (1.28M awards from federal departments), NSERC and SSHRC research grants (921K+ academic awards spanning 1991 to present), and Infrastructure Canada projects (20K+ funded infrastructure investments). Each stream has a distinct structure, funding source, and recipient base.
