Common questions

Sign up at northaxiumdata.ca and open your dashboard. In the API key section, click Create API key and copy the key from the popup. The full key is only shown when it is created or refreshed. You can also try the API using the free demo key on the Authentication page — no account required.
Every authenticated call to any /api/v1/* endpoint counts as one request against your monthly limit. The /health endpoint is unprotected and does not count. Rate limit consumption is tracked in the X-RateLimit-Remaining header on every response.

Email support@northaxiumdata.ca with the endpoint, the query, and a description of the issue. Include the record_id if you have it. Known constraints are documented on the Coverage page.
